FINALLY, a local authority stands up to be counted on blatant littering:
After being captured on CCTV fines remained unpaid, warning letters were obviously ignored etc – probably all on the basis that pursuit would not take place…
I’m with Meath Co Co on this and the Joe Duffy brigade can go jump in the nearest recycling bank.
Dublin City Council should learn from this – we can do MUCH better in this area.
