Peter Aiken – Aiken Promotions

Owen Keegan – CEO, Dublin City Council

Martin Frazer – Secretary General, Department of An Taoiseach

2. They agreed and shook hands on a proposal – 5 concerts over 3 nights; feasible within the existing approved licence grant; a proposal with the imprimatur of both Dublin City Council and the Government

3. That proposal as negotiated now appears to be unacceptable to Garth Brooks

Where is the point in any further negotiations with Aiken if he can’t deliver on his end of any agreement?

There is a long and winding road ahead on this one.
