The water supply problems currently being experienced by the residents in the Dunluce and Vernon Areas of Clontarf, are as a result of increased water mains leakage in the area.

Water Services Engineers and Inspectors have been investigating the problem since last week. Two leaks were identified and repairs were carried out at the weekend. Leakage Crews returned to the area overnight and identified another leak and this is currently being repaired.

We will continue with our investigations until all problems have been resolved.
