“Can the manager please provide an update on progress on the new playground/park area in Fairview Park”
Reply:
The Prior Indicative Notice (PIN) associated with the tender for the installation of the playground and associated improvement works at Fairview Park was issued on 4th January 2011. The full documentation for the tender will be available in the coming weeks with the tender running for a period of approximately 3 weeks. Following receipt of the tenders an offers analysis will take place which will be followed by recommendation and placement of a contract. A definite schedule with regard to the completion of the project will be available following the awarding of the proposed contract.
