Pilot hotline for reporting issues of environmental concern (pollution spillages, waste burning etc) launched by City Council and the EPA this week. SeeSomeSaySome_DublinMay10 The sooner the problems get reported, the sooner they can be addressed.

DCC is examining the possibility of issuing Municipal Bonds to raise capital; a good idea and worth exploring in the right context in my book.
